Talented tattoo artist killed
A Sydenham family are still coming to grips with the death of their son, a popular tattoo artist, who was stabbed to death in Wentworth on Sunday 19 July 2009 at 4am.
Kyle Symons of Raffery Crescent was regarded as one of the best tattoo artists in Durban by his fellow colleagues. Speaking to the Southern Star his father Darryl Symons said many rumours were circulating regarding his son's death. He added that his son was returning from function in Wentworth when he was lured into the Woodville flats in Woodstock and stabbed once in the neck.
