Kareena-Shahid back on talking terms after bitter split

Police bolster protection services

Police in KZN have created a news policing unit to protect and escort soccer teams and players teams and players during the 2010 World Cup.

The Protection and Emergency Services (PES) have recruited 40 experienced police officers from various stations to bolster the unit.

MNIK becomes higgest Bollywood grosser in Britain

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's new movie 'My Name is Khan' has become the most successful Bollywood film in British box office history.The film garnered 887,198.98 pounds (Rs.64.4 million / $1.4 million) in its opening weekend.

The movie shot to number six in the British box office countdown, making 'My Name is Khan' the highest grossing Bollywood film opening ever in Britain.

Storm ravages city

Clean up operations have begun to repair the damage caused by Tuesday night's storm, which left homes flooded, shacks destroyed and road surfaces cracked.

The storm is believed to have started is belived in the Giant's Castle area of the Drakensberg and headed for the coast. Hill crest, Pinetowm and Durban were the three worst hit areas.

So much so that everyone in his gang believes that it is their good luck charm. But it became a cause of concern when she did not have a single mishap during the making of 'My Name is Khan'.

Preity jumps

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta pulled off a stunt by jumping off the wall of a toilet at the Delhi airport after she got stuck inside for more than 10 minutes. "Spent 10 minutes stuck in the toilet at the airport...Finally had to climb the wall and jump over... People were calling out my name," Preity posted on her Twitter page Tuesday.

The 34-year-old says she felt she would die in there, but managed to escape.
